Perforated trays from 50 to 300 mm wide were load tested to failure at Chakan Testing and Research Lab, Pune (ISO/IEC 17025:2017, NABL TC-8638) in October 2024 with deflection recorded at every step, together with zinc coating thickness and uniformity, adhesion, salt spray, tensile, chemical and bend tests on the same samples; every tested section exceeds NEMA VE 1 class 8C working load at a 1.5 safety factor and stays within the IEC 61537 deflection limit. Material test certificates (EN 10204 3.1) and galvanising readings are issued with every lot; Pioneer's Certificate of Compliance to NEMA VE 1, declaration to IEC 61537:2023 and UL documentation are provided at submittal stage.
Pirangut to Bengaluru is about 840 km by NH 48, two days by road. Pioneer runs scheduled trucks to Karnataka, so standard GI and hot-dip galvanised sizes confirmed early in the week are on site the following week; made-to-order sizes, stainless and aluminium take two to three weeks plus transit. For a large fit-out we release truck loads against the site programme rather than one bulk delivery.
Hyperscale and US-owned colocation facilities in Whitefield, Devanahalli and Bidadi are usually specified in the US format — NEC 392, NEMA VE 1 load class and UL classification — with wire mesh in the data halls and aluminium or hot-dip galvanised ladder on the main runs. Indian-owned facilities and most IT campuses specify IEC 61537 or BS EN 61537. Mangaluru, Udupi and the petrochemical and port installations on the Karnataka coast need hot-dip galvanised tray after fabrication at 85 µm and above for plant rooms and external runs, SS 316L near the waterline and in chemical areas, and FRP where chlorides or acids are present. Pre-galvanised tray belongs indoors in conditioned space only. The hot-dip galvanised tray we submitted for laboratory testing measured 95 µm average and passed neutral salt spray.
Yes. Many Bengaluru commercial and campus projects are designed by UK-headquartered consultants who write BS EN 61537, BS EN ISO 1461 galvanising and BS 7671. Pioneer prepares the submittal in that vocabulary — return-flange tray by duty, BS EN 10346 Z275 pre-galvanised, hot-dip galvanised to BS EN ISO 1461 — with an equivalence table against the catalogue part numbers on the drawings. Yes. Hosur is served on the Bengaluru truck route; SIPCOT Hosur, Shoolagiri and Krishnagiri are regular destinations for automotive and electronics plants. Tamil Nadu GST (IGST) applies; e-way bill with every consignment.
No. Supply is direct from the Pune plant, which is why every lot carries material certificates and the price has no distributor margin. For sites that need a buffer, we hold a project stock at the plant against a schedule and release it on call.
