Pioneer Industrial Instruments manufactures perforated, ladder and wire mesh cable trays at Pirangut, Pune, and supplies Nagpur and Vidarbha by road — MIHAN and Butibori, the power and cement belt around Chandrapur, Wardha, Amravati and Gondia. Trays are supplied against IS, IEC 61537 / BS EN 61537 and NEMA VE 1 specifications, load tested at an NABL-accredited laboratory with the reports published. UL certified.

What we supply
- Perforated cable trays — pre-galvanised GI, hot-dip galvanised, powder coated, SS 304 / 316L and aluminium, 25 to 1200 mm wide.
- Ladder cable trays — for heavy power runs and long spans, up to 1250 mm wide.
- Wire mesh cable trays — for data, IT and light cabling.
- Drip trays — under AHUs, FCUs and chilled-water pipework, in lengths up to 5000 mm.
- Raceways, trunking and FRP trays for corrosive areas, with bends, tees, reducers, couplers and covers.
Delivery from Pune
- Distance: about 730 km by road from the plant at Pirangut.
- Phased release: truck loads against the site programme — by floor, building or area — rather than one bulk drop; project stock held at the plant on request.
- Capacity: up to 8,000 metres of tray a day.
- Documents: datasheet and GA drawings for approval, material certificates with every lot, e-way bill with every consignment.
- Inspection: the Pune plant is open to the contractor's, owner's or third-party inspector before dispatch.
Testing and documentation
Perforated trays were load tested at Chakan Testing and Research Lab, Pune — an NABL-accredited laboratory (NABL TC-8638) — and the reports are published for anyone to download. Each product page carries a technical data sheet and specification clauses consultants can copy into a BOQ.
