What we supply

Delivery from Pune

  • Distance: about 255 km by road from the plant at Pirangut.
  • Phased release: truck loads against the site programme — by floor, building or area — rather than one bulk drop; project stock held at the plant on request.
  • Capacity: up to 8,000 metres of tray a day.
  • Documents: datasheet and GA drawings for approval, material certificates with every lot, e-way bill with every consignment.
  • Inspection: the Pune plant is open to the contractor's, owner's or third-party inspector before dispatch.

Testing and documentation

Perforated trays were load tested at Chakan Testing and Research Lab, Pune — an NABL-accredited laboratory (NABL TC-8638) — and the reports are published for anyone to download. Each product page carries a technical data sheet and specification clauses consultants can copy into a BOQ.

Questions buyers ask

Straight answers from our engineers. Ask us anything else on WhatsApp or by mail.

Do you supply AURIC and the DMIC plants?

Yes. Trays for new plants at AURIC Shendra–Bidkin are supplied direct from Pune, about 255 km by road, phased to the construction programme.

Which standard do new plants usually specify?

Most Indian plants write IS-based specifications or IEC 61537; plants owned by US or European groups often call for NEMA VE 1 or BS EN 61537. We quote and document against whichever is in the BOQ.

Can trays be released in phases?

Yes. Truck loads are released against the site programme — by building, floor or area — rather than in one bulk drop.
